Educational Programs

The Business Information Technology (BIT) Department offers various comprehensive ca-reer-oriented courses and programs that not only address the demands of the surrounding business communities but meet students' needs as well. It is dedicated to promote higher standards of competence and integrity through the provision of relevant qualification. The Diploma in Professional Accounting / Insurance degree requires a minimum of 71 credits hours.

The courses are classified into three groups:

1. College Compulsory Courses = 18 credits

3. Department Branch Compulsory Courses = 47 credits

4. Department Branch Elective Courses = 06 credits

Total = 71 credits

Diploma in Professional Insurance

JCC offers Diploma in Professional Insurance which is a three years program with 71 credits hours. In the very first year, college compulsory courses are taught which are comprises of 18 credit hours. The department branch compulsory courses are taught in second and third year and it covers 47 credit hours whereas electable with 6 credit hours are taught in 3rd year.
